Covid-19 Guidelines

Vivid Events understands the importance of celebrating with loved ones for special occasions. At Vivid Events, safety is our top priority. In accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) & The Local Government listed below are guidelines that are strongly recommended.

Recommended Guidelines:

  • Know how the coronavirus spreads.

  • Wash your hands often.

  • Avoid close contact (six-feet social distancing when suitable).

  • Cover your mouth and nose with a face covering or mask when in crowds and social distancing isn't suitable.

  • Monitor your health daily.

  • Stay home when sick or exposed to someone who is known to be positive.

  • Get vaccinated

Day of Event Guidelines:

  • Wear face coverings during the event unless eating or drinking

  • Reserve outdoor venues when necessary and/or suitable. (Outdoor activities have the lowest risk of spreading the virus when accompanied by other guidelines.)

  • Choose indoor venues with good ventilation and spacious enough to allow social distancing.

  • Use multiple entrances/exits and discourage crowded waiting areas

  • Block off rows and sections of seating in order to space people at least six feet apart.

  • Assign guests to sit with members of their household.

  • Offer online attendance instead of or in addition to in-person attendance. (Will help reduce the number of attendees)

Vivid Events Required Guidelines:

  • All clients and vendors must sign a Cover-19 waiver prior to the event.

  • All consultations and meetings will be held virtually or via phone.

  • Clients requesting in-person meetings are required to reschedule if sick.

  • Clients must always consider when an event needs to be postponed or canceled. Especially if staff and/or guests are feeling sick, or have been exposed to the virus.

Vivid Events ask all clients, guests, staff, and vendors that if they are feeling ill, experiencing symptoms, or become exposed to stay home and refrain from attending any meetings or events.
